What is health? Contrary to belief many of us it's not just absence of disease and is defined as "Good physical and mental state. State when functions of living organism run correctly." Human health is affected by many factors. Look at the chart:
Lifestyle - diet and physical activity are one of the few factors under our control. We can't change environmental conditions and genes, but we deciding what gets into our stomach.
Knowledge in this publication is mainly used from bioslone.pl community. They are people whose idea is health which is called as acquisition of natural immunity for acquisition of disease resistance by ail and elimination causes of all diseases. They aren't interested in medical perceptions of health - treatment of symptoms or issuing of prescriptions. Rather, they provide knowledge of what any doctor will say and you can't read in any medical book - about health. They believe that illness is a process which getting rid of toxins from the body. Symptoms are the body's natural protection. We call them as diseases, but in fact they treat the disease. All diseases have a single cause, but appear in different ways depending on the place where they are.
This knowledge was hidden from the public more than two thousand years ago, but allows for the expected health effects, which are not the result of medical procedures, but by expulsion diseases from the body through health-oriented activities, such as: Puryfing Mixture, principles of healthy eating, Cocktail With Cellulose, and special diet if it's needed. It is strange. I’m 24 years old so I’m really young but in fact I feel tired and weak really often. I have so many friends who have serious illnesses which usually are not found as illnesses of young people. I think that our life is too fast and nervous. We have too much on our hands and we live under stress. Maybe that’s why we feel that our health is not good.
ReplyDelete1. I think health is the most important not only for me, but also for all people. If you don't have good health you're tired, weak, you don't want anything. Life is not happy for you. Even if you have a lot of money don't give you a happines. without health you have nothing.
ReplyDelete2. I can affect on my health by eating a lot of fruits, drink a lot of water, do some physical exercises and avoid fat meals, coffee, chockolade, etc.
3. Maybe i should often go to the doctor?:) I am sure that enought will be eating appropriate food, wear warm clothes in winter, just take care my self...
4. I have very good doctor and i believe him at all. Don't hear accidental doctors. You should have your own proven doctor. It is for your good...
I consider myself a totally healthy person. Health is important to me, I think it's one of the values we have to care for in a special way as it is not replaceable like material goods etc. I do a lot that helps me maintain the state of my health. I consume healthy food rich in nutritional substances needed by my body, I sleep a lot, I take vitamins when my body needs it - for instance, when I have a lot of exhausting work, when I study, when people around me are sick and my immune system needs support. When it comes to medicine prescribed by the doctor, I usually read a lot in the Internet about a given illness and then I can go to a doctor and take what he prescribes me while feeling totally secure.
ReplyDeleteI have the same feeling as Małgorzata. Iam only 23 but I feel so tired especially during the week when I have many things to do. I know I'am too nervous person, its very hard for me to relax and stop thinking about my work, projects for school, even household duties.. This kind of lifestye is not good for health for sure but what we can do.. there are people who are not worry as much as I am but it depends on personality, some things you can't change. Maybe we should just rest more.. and do what we like the most as much as it's possible.

For some people it’s very surprising that, lifestyle is so important. In this case we should be more and more sick. We live in unfriendly environment, food has to many chemical ingredients and so on. Despite this we live longer than for example 1000 years ago, but to be honest I feel the same way as Małgorzata and s8939. Maybe it’s time to change :)
ReplyDeleteI think that lots of people started to appreciate the power of relaxation and consider the drugs. That's why we can see a yoga activities on every fitness club and gym. Personally I think that doctors attitude to patients is not that good as it should be. They don't really think of us as the person but more as the "case". High level of specialisation has made that "cases" are treated too narrow instead looking at whole state of the organism.
ReplyDeleteMy health is very important for me, I always try to stay healthy. I think, as it was mentioned in presentation, most important is lifestyle - keeping fit, sticking to diet, avoiding junk food and stimulants. I have no doubts about drugs that my doctor prescribe me, I just trust him.
ReplyDeleteThe worst thing in Poland is that we take too much drugs. Recently I heard some statistics which prove that Poland is on the top in production of medicines. In our country most of people instead of going to the doctor, taking some drugs which they saw in TV commercials. It is unprecedented in others European countries. We can observe it when we are watching TV or listening radio. Everywhere are medicine’s ads.

3) The best solution would be daily sport.
4) I've never been really sick and I never needed medication.
Many people think that sport is the way for healthy life. When we play some sport then we feel good because toxins are thrown outside our body. We have to do something to not allow enter toxins to our body.
ReplyDeleteI'm ill just once a year and this is since I remember, so I conciser myself as healthy person. I don't care about myself but still I feel great so I don't feel like I need to change anything. I really rare going to doctor when I'm ill, so I just buy what they are giving me - they are doctors not me...
